Celebrating the Chinese New Year

Can you guess what this says?

2016 is the year of the Monkey. To celebrate we asked children to come dressed in red yellow and green as these are lucky colours in China.

We even had our own monkey!

We were very busy and we had lots of lovely decorations.

At dinner and break times the children were invited to make Chinese lanterns, fans and posters.
