Litter Picking in the Forest 

This week we have been learning about rubbish.

We watched 'CBeebies: Ask Anything - What happens to rubbish?' to find out what happens to the rubbish we throw away.

We found lots of rubbish that had blown into our forest and we used out litter pickers to collect it.

We had to pull the lever on the handle to hold the pincer closed and lift the rubbish. 

We put the rubbish in our bin bags, they were getting full and heavy.  

We knew not to touch it with our hands as it was dirty and could have germ on it. Fantastic job Messy Monkeys!
