Our school council sold poppies and other items on behalf of The Royal British Legions poppy appeal.
This year I was nervous because I had been asked to lay the wreath for the Hoyland branch of the Royal British Legion of which I am a member.
We took part in the Remembrance Service at Hoyland, laying a wreath for our school.
This year it was a hundred years since WW1 ended.
Our children were so proud to be a part of the service.
Thank you for all your support. This years attendance was the largest it has ever been and it was lovely to see so many parents and children from our school.
